Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals to Hear Arguments at the Washington and Lee University School of LawStory Abstract:On Friday, February 2, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit will hear a day of oral arguments in the Millhiser Moot Court Room at the Washington and Lee University School of Law. A panel of judges from the Court will hear three cases beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As is customary, the names of the judges will not be released until the morning oral arguments are to take place. |
