Transnational Law Institute Welcomes Visiting Scholar

Story Abstract:The Transnational Law Institute is pleased to welcome Aneta Spaic, associate professor on the law faculty at the University of Montenegro, as an Institute Visiting Scholar. Spaic will be visiting at the Washington and Lee University School of Law from October 23 to November 18.

Spaic is visiting the School of Law in order to pursue scholarship on her Ph.D. thesis titled "Fundamental Breach under the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods". Spaic, whose research interests include international contract law, will also give an academic presentation on her thesis.
