Joseph Ulrich obtained both his undergraduate degree (1959) and law degree (1961) from Washington and Lee University; he was associate editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review and did further graduate study at Indiana University.
Biography
Professor Ulrich taught at Washington and Lee Law School from 1968 to 1999, retiring with emeritus status.
