Biography

Admitted to practice in Virginia; associate, then partner and managing partner, Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore, Roanoke, 1984—, with focus on banking and finance, real estate disputes, business law. Past President of the Virginia Bar Association and creator of VBA Rule of Law Project; chair of Roanoke Business Council. Professor of Practice at W&L since 2009.
