Biography

Prof. Buchhandler-Raphael’s Research and teaching interests include: criminal law, the criminal regulation of vice (victimless crimes), freedom of speech and law and gender and sexuality. Buchhandler-Raphael has worked as an attorney for the Israel National Police.
