Admitted to practice in Virginia; Senior Prosecutor: XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, Strategic Plans Officer, Headquarters, Department of The Army, JAGC, 1991-2004; shareholder, LeClair Ryan, Richmond, 2004-present, with focus on commercial litigation. Professor of Practice at W&L since 2009.
